Produce and promote great natural wines
Wine is way older than chemistry or oenology… let’s go back to the roots of vine-growing and wine-making… back to a time when we weren’t killing our soils with pesticides and herbicides, dumping chemicals in our wines and poisoning ourselves and our customers. All the contrary, with our knowledge and understanding of soils, vines, and grapes, with our experience in vine-growing and wine-making and with the quality of our today’s equipment, we can at the same time improve our soil for the future generations, produce natural wines that on top of not being harmful for our health are also quality wines and very enjoyable… Natural wine is not a certification. It’s a definition between us, vine-growers and wine-makers, that basically means a minimum of treatments in the vineyard with only organic friendly products, no added products whatsoever in the winery. The only tolerance in the winery is, at the bottling stage only and never before, 30 mg/L sulfites (1/5 of what the organic chart tolerates!). Cheers! |
